Vedham Tapovan High School in Bhainsa celebrated the successful completion of its School Council Elections 2026 in a grand and democratic atmosphere. The election provided students with a valuable opportunity to experience the electoral process and understand the responsibilities and values associated with leadership. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and dignitaries, reflecting the school’s commitment to nurturing responsible, confident and capable future leaders.

The programme was graced by Chief Guest Thumolla Dattatri, Bhainsa Municipal Chairman, along with 11th Ward Councillor Vadnapu Srinivas, 13th Ward Councillor Nimala Praveen and 5th Ward Councillor Chinthapandu Rajitha Mahesh. Principal Dr. S. Srinivas Reddy and Director S. Varalakshmi Reddy also attended the programme and congratulated all the elected student leaders.

The dignitaries appreciated the school management for conducting the elections in a democratic, transparent and organised manner. They encouraged students to understand the importance of voting and responsible participation, emphasising that leadership is not merely about holding a position but about serving others, accepting responsibility, maintaining discipline, listening to different opinions and working for the welfare of the entire school community.

The guests highlighted the importance of honesty, confidence, teamwork, communication, decision-making and empathy in effective leadership. They encouraged students to learn valuable lessons from the election process and understand the importance of democracy, participation and accountability from an early age.

The announcement of the School Council Election results brought celebrations across the campus. N. Prashanth was elected as Head Boy, N. Shruthi as Head Girl, A. Shyam as Deputy Head Boy and H. Akshara as Deputy Head Girl. The newly elected leaders received congratulations and appreciation from the chief guest, elected representatives, school management, teachers and fellow students.

Principal Dr. S. Srinivas Reddy congratulated all the winners and appreciated every student who participated in the election process. He said the School Council would provide students with a platform to develop leadership skills, take initiative and contribute positively to various school activities.

Director S. Varalakshmi Reddy congratulated the newly elected council members and encouraged them to uphold the trust placed in them by their fellow students. She called upon the student leaders to lead by example and work with dedication, discipline, cooperation and a strong sense of responsibility.

The School Council Elections 2026 concluded on a celebratory note, with the newly elected leaders receiving the best wishes of the dignitaries, school management, teachers and students.
